Invitation to the Annual Regular General Assembly 2025

The Board of Directors of the Hellenic Association for the Management of Multiple Sclerosis invites the Regular Members of the Association (Persons with MS) to the Annual Regular General Assembly 2025, which will take place at the Association’s headquarters in Patras, on Saturday, March 22, 2025, at 18:00.

Agenda Items:

  1. Report by the BoD on its activities over the past year and voting for its approval.
  2. Reading of the submitted report by the Audit Committee on financial management, followed by voting for its approval and discharge of BoD members from liability.
  3. Approval of the financial statement/balance sheet for the previous year and the budget for the current year.
  4. Planning of activities for the current year.
  5. Confirmation of financial compliance for members with zero contributions in the past, as well as for certain members for the current year, due to their financial difficulties.

In the event of lack of quorum, a Repeat General Assembly will be held on Saturday, March 29, 2025, at 18:00, at the Association’s headquarters in Patras, with the same agenda.
